This note explains what data this website collects and the cookies it uses. It covers the public site at sanmud.us only.
1. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate,
how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate region,
device type, referral source). This helps us improve the content and
performance of the site. Google Analytics sets cookies such as
_ga and _ga_<id> to distinguish visitors.
IP addresses are anonymized by Google Analytics 4 by design.
We do not run advertising or remarketing tags, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Your consent & choices
We use Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner — before that, only anonymous, cookieless measurement pings are sent. Elsewhere, analytics is enabled by default and you may decline from the banner.

3. Information you send us
If you submit the quote form, we receive the name/organization, email address, selected service, and project details you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry. This information is used only to reply to you and is not sold or shared for marketing. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile.
4. Data retention & contact
Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics configuration. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and our records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email outsource@sanmud.us.
